Artists (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants") who wish to apply for the First NFT Divine Talent (hereinafter referred to as "Contest") are requested to read and agree to the following terms and conditions before applying for the Contest.
By entering the contest, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the contest.
1.Main purpose
Everyone in the world is a talented artist and has the potential to become a golden egg.
The NFT aims to discover and encourage such golden eggs and to promote the NFT widely.
We also aim to create new works like Crypto Punks from this contest.
2.Eligibility
All the people in the world are eligible to apply.
Gender, nationality, occupation, and age are not required. (If you are a minor, please obtain the consent of your legal representative before applying.)
There is no entry fee.
3. Entries
Digital art created using a computer.
The work can be a still image or a moving image. It does not matter whether it is 2D or 3D.
4. Application Requirements
・Follow the official SNS of this event.
・Once you submit your entry, you will receive an email within 48 hours.
5. Terms and Conditions
The submitted work must be completely original.
If the work contains content for which a third party has the copyright or other rights, the applicant is responsible for obtaining permission from the third party.
If you are a minor according to the laws of your country or region, please obtain the consent of your legal representative before submitting your work.
There is no limit to the number of entries that can be submitted. There is no limit to the number of entries, but please note that if you submit the same work twice or more, it will not be considered.
Please submit JPEG or PNG still images, GIFs, or videos that can be displayed and played on Windows or Macintosh computers.
6.Judging Process
・First round of judging
Voting will be conducted by approximately 200 judges who have purchased first round of voting coins at Open Sea, and the number of entries will be narrowed down to 100.
・Second round of judging
Voting will be conducted by the judges who purchased the second round of voting coins at Open Sea (approximately 55 people), and the entries will be narrowed down to 15.
・Final
Voting will be conducted by 5 judges who have purchased Voting Coins for the Final Round at Open Sea, plus special judges, etc., to determine the winner, 2nd place, and 3rd place.
7. Prize Money
・The total prize money is $140,000
First place: $100,000 (1 person)
Second place: $30,000 (1 person)
Third place: $10,000 (1 person)
Other prizes are under consideration.
8.Special note
・By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

・Personal information entered in the contest will be used only for this contest and related activities and will not be used for any other purpose. In the event that an entry makes it through the second round of judging, the name of the winner, the title of the entry, the name, etc., may be published on this SNS or on the website.
・The copyright to the submitted work belongs to the entrant. However, when you submit your work and receive a completion email, you grant the organizer the right to publish and display your work free of charge and indefinitely.
In the event that a dispute arises between the entrant and a third party regarding the submitted work, the organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever, and the entrant must resolve the dispute him/herself. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any disputes between the entrant and any third party regarding the submitted work.
・The Sponsor reserves the right to use its sole discretion in determining the selection criteria for this Contest.
・The Sponsor reserves the right to determine the selection criteria for this contest at its sole discretion. z The prize money will be awarded by selling the entry at the prize amount on Open Sea. In this case, we ask that artists set their own royalties.
・Entries that violate these rules, the law, or public order and morals will be disqualified.
・The organizer reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and may do so at its discretion.
・The Japanese version of these terms and conditions shall take precedence, and in the event of any differences in language, the Japanese version of these terms and conditions shall govern.
